South African photographer Jodi Bieber has published photography books, held masterclasses and won numerous international awards. This year she received her ninth World Press Photo award for her image of Bibi Aisha, an Afghan girl mutilated by her husband. Bieber concentrates on her own projects but has also worked for Time, Geo, Sunday Times Magazine and New York Magazine.
